Luc Galoppin
Luc Galoppin is managing director of Reply Management Consulting and offers advice on the area around strategy formulation and group dynamics. He gives clarity to groups in a simple and direct manner by translating tedious documentation on organisation behaviour into concrete action plans.

He studied applied economics in Leuven and specialised in Human Resources Management. Later on he graduated as Master of European Industrial Relations from UCL, Louvain-la-Neuve and Warwick Business School. He has carried out consultancy tasks for, amongst other, GIB (Carrefour), VRT, Alcatel, Michelin and BASF.

Together with Siegfried Caems, Luc is the co-author of the book Managing Organizational Change During SAP Implementations.
