Amerikaanse recruitment blog awards uitgereikt
published by An De Jonghe, on 28/02/2008

1) HireAbility, “Best Recruitment Blog of 2007″
2)
RecruitingBlogs, “Best Overall Recruitment Blog of 2007″
3) RecruitingBlogs, “Best Recruitment Industry Blog of 2007″
4)
HR World, “the top 25 HR blogs of 2007″ (#3)

Dave Mendoza is a Master CyberSleuth and Affiliate Partner of JobMachine, Inc. He is one of the top 50 networkers worldwide on Linkedin with over 12,000+ connections, and a reach of over 8.5 Million by 3rd degree.

Does setting a quota make sense?

Two female Belgian politicians (Christian Democrats) have put forward a proposal for a law to make it compulsory for women to make up at least 30% of management boards. Does setting a quota as part of a policy on diversity and equal opportunities make sense?
