La valse des acquisitions dans le e-learning européen

Les entreprises de e-learning, cotées en bourse doivent-elles absolument racheter des concurrents pour être rentables, et sans doute pour plaire à leurs actionnaires ?

C’est la question que je me pose depuis quelques semaines.

Après le rachat par le belge U&I du français HYPEROFFICE, voici que le français DEMOS (pourtant en baisse au niveau boursier depuis novembre 2007) se paye le suisse MOS, il est vrai que leurs noms sont proches, une bonne raison visiblement pour faire des investissements.

Si on continue la boucle de la francophonie européenne, il serait juste qu’un suisse achète un belge :-)

La roue tourne dans la formation continue !
