Qu’est ce qu’un bon Manager en entreprises

Olivier, un collègue de chez nous, me suggère de manager différemment, qu’en pensez-vous ????

Salut David,

OUI,CE PATRON A INTERET A MANAGER DIFFEREMMENT…

..Car voilà un bel exemple de manipulation et d’autoritarisme paternaliste.
Et pourtant dans le film ça SEMBLE marcher .
Oui,mais les effets “boomerang” ne tarderont pas à arriver :
-absentéisme,
-erreures répétitives,
-omissions,
-pertes ou casses de matériels,
-vandalisme,
-rumeurs, délations,calomnies.
Ces différents incidents sont d’ailleurs de véritables indicateurs de management.

Ce patron aurait donc tout intéret à suivre un cours de “People management”et à adopter un style de “Management by motivation” en fédérant ses équipes sur la mission de l’entreprise et en les mobilisant sur des valeurs partagées.
